Where are our products made?  
All of our products are carefully and meticulously designed at our headquarters in Southern California (USA).  Once we perfect our designs, we work with suppliers all over the world, domestic and foreign, in search of high quality parts.  From there, the parts are then shipped to our partners in China, where we have a team who share our commitment to quality overseeing the assembly of our products.

How do I order replacement parts?
GearLight provides free replacement parts within 2 years of the purchase date for most of our models.  Contact us at support@gearlight.com with your order number and a detailed description of your issue, and a customer care team member will respond within 1 business day.
 
Do our products come with a warranty?
At GearLight, we stand behind the craftmanship of our products.  We warrant our products for one year from the date of purchase against any defects in material or workmanship.  Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor damage resulting from misuse or neglect.  We will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of the product should we determine it to be defective.
